Target Hotline prepaid calling is the best calling card I have used so far.
It charges 19.2 cents per minutes and has no connetion or any other hidden charges.
It connects immidiately and has a great customer service. The card can be bought at any Target store and can be "recharged" via telephone using credit card.
Another great feature is you can use this card to call from overseas to US as well, but I don't know how much the charges are for that

i heard alot about this card but have never tired even once....may be I need to go to target store to buy one....

I've used Target card many-a-time. It's the best value for money. They were even on sale for 7.99 over the holidays. Now, back at 9.99. I hope the rates last. Cross your fingers!!! :)
