Dear Chatters and Potential Chatters,
Some visitors to the chatroom have complained that they don't have any anonimity when there are moderators - since the moderators can see where they are coming in from. On an experimental basis we won't have any moderators from 1/22/2003 to 1/29/2003 to see how this affects the well being and popularity of the chat room.

hey it works for me. but i will miss some of the powers.... ohhhhhhhhh... all the bribes and goodies that moderators get.... all the favors they can exact from the chatter....
:)
But i will say this much, it is nice to have a moderator when we have rogue chatters who indulge in abusive language and bahavior. but if we agree to "police" ourselves and be civilized to each other without trying to get some sort of a high from playing games and being mean, then having no moderator is the best thing.

don't take my advice or congratulations on your decision, i'm too busy advising others to offer them anyshows. (you go, me!) all these folks oughta espell their posts backwards, so you can see 'em in the rear view, just like the WAAAAAAAAAAAAMBULANCE.
