This is an example of corruption on how the political figures abuse power. What makes it worse is that he does not realize this is an act of corruption to use state property for personal reasons. I applaud the guard for doing the right thing.

Koirala locked out
A guard at the guest house of Nepal Rashtra Bank did not open the door to president of Nepali Congress Party Girija Prasad Koirala who went there for a brief rest in Birgunj Friday, party sources said. The aide claimed that the office had booked a room for Koirala at the guest house one week ago.
The former prime minister then went to rest at a hotel in the town.
