One of my friends from Nepal just e-mailed me saying that there is now rumour at kathmandu that Queen Mother Ratna just committed suicide. God knows more...

I cant believe it. The tragedy never ends. Can you please try to get confirmation on this from your friend in Nepal. There are many rumors around.

I was also informed from Nepal that Queen mother Ratna committed a sucide. Maybe its true.

I have been waiting for news from Nepal that this event actually happened. Of course nothing is coming out of Nepal because we are not being told anything by Nepal news agencies. I am particularly concerned because I have previously been invited to her compound in Lazimpat. How can we get confirmation? Can your friend provide any further info.
