Hi, Does any have connection or know someone in Buddhist Monastry either in Bauddha or Kapan hill or somewhere in Kathmandu? My friend is interested in learning "Sogyal Rinpoche" style meditation or other Tibetan Buddhist meditation. This style Meditation is called "retreat" and it is different from "Vipassana" meditation.
