If the current royal family really loves the people of Nepal, this is the time to show it. The people will not be happy with any theories but conspiracy theory.
The only thing that will save the nation and the monarchy is the prosecution of Paras Shah.
This way, the public will be happy, the monarchy will be saved, and Paras can be seen as a hero for taking the blame and saving thousands of more Nepalese people from dying.
The time to act is now.

Are you crazy? Death is the ultimate experience of life. And who in their right mind would want to die willingly. I don't think you make sense. The public is trying find out the truth not some messed up twist. And who knows Paresh might change. It takes a thirf to recognize a thief.

Hmm, maybe if Paras was exiled from the country in this prosecution, that would be a good solution. Nepal would not have to deal with him anymore and maybe move on...
