Since this website has turned out to be so popular, here's a suggestion for the wide open eyes of the Nepali government:
Form a panel and REQUIRE each political party to send a representative to that panel for investigation. Keep the Chief Justice in.
This should be, at the very least, a representative voice of the people. Since the current political parties are busy politicking (GP not even announcing a fact-finding committee, Makune shying away from serving in it), this format should be very democratic and immune to any sort of unfairness allegations that's bound to come up even if a fair investigation were to conclude.
