I am neither a diplomat nor a journalist judging what is in Iraq, what should be and what shouldn't. To be honest, I was encouraged to write this short comment type of thing because I felt, it is necessary. I am human and can understand what's going on mind and heart of Iraqi people living in Bagdhad and other places inside Iraq. Actually, I was reading an article on cnn.com about an iraqi artist (purely patriotic) and his view on this situation when there is a tension going on breaking war on that region.
In fact, I don't understand where to start, which side is right and which side wrong. I was taking american foreign policy class last semester in my college, my professor was pretty convincing for me to state that US was right to think about Saddam(mainly his removal from power). Other times, I think and when listen many people around commenting the destability created in region whenever US interfered, I feel that US may be wrong. There are obiviously regions where US has done pretty good job while taking action. Certainly, remaining in this micro background of knowledge, it will be not wise to judge good and evil about the Iraq stuff.
But, does that mean, our responsibility as a human cease for the innocent people of Iraq, who are the most probable victims of war, if that occurs in near future?. Where is our knowledge and natural desire about love and peace?. What remains to say to our ancestors and what our future generation would feel, what we as a human have done, to understand the feelings of human in Iraq and to stop the war as a whole?. So, lets do something.
May be voilence against voilence is not surely a good idea. Where to start and where to see end then?. After all, as a noble man once had said there is an end for everthing. Ok, lets be optimistic to be less into destructive side in the beginning of our process. Let us arouse the people of the world not only in convincing the US and British blame and the purpose against Saddham, but also Saddham's nature including his character and action. Let Iraq have, a good leader and peaceful progressive country.If this is our goal towards Iraq then which way we chose to flourish this idea to the people of the world. I think, internet is one of them(to which I am utilizing one). The others may be news media like television, radio and newspaper. I would also mention the idea about the movie "The Dare Devil", i.e one person can make a differenc. So, everybody including u can make a difference. I would encourage and advise everybody, who know much about Iraq tell fairly and honestly to what u know to the one who knows less than u. I think, I am doing the samething, which is the example of my advise I just gave and in deed writing now. Let there be no war for the shake of humanity. Let us learn to value the life of each human life as we have been as President Bush said in his State of Union Address a couple of weeks ago.
