Khimberly. What is your Body Mass Average (weight / height)?
U sound like you are a hard-gainer. But I have seen hardgainers gain muscle mass to bulk too (check http://www.musclegaintips.com/, I don't recommend spending money on this guys' program though).

Two key points.
1. Eat meat with atleast 35 Lbs of Protein every day.
2. Exercise 3 times a week with weights, not aerobic.

You should eat meals with 3 hours of gap between each meals. That makes 6 times a day atleast. Eat meals with high content of protein (egg, chicken, meat etc). This might look tough, but being a hardgainer, u have to do something Radical!!!

Exercises should always involve weights, rather than aerobic ones, to gain weight. But allow enough time for the body to settle. So target three muscle groups. And do one group once a week. Say you do Legs and Buns on Friday, Arms (including triceps, biceps) and shoulders on Sunday and Back and abdomen on Wednesday.

U have to change the habits, only then you will make it happen. May be you can join Bodyforlife competition. If you completely change your body within 12 weeks, they'll give you a million dollar.

To gain weight:
Eat, eat and eat a lot. Like DWI suggested take a good amount of protein but not too much because protein creates amino acid which could cut your fats. And when lifting weights, target large muscle groups; don't isolate muscles. And try to lift heavy weights and less repetition.
About eating close to six meals every day, hmmmmm.. I wouldn't suggest that. If you eat a lot of meals, your metabolism increases which couldn't affect your weight gain negatively. So eat 3-4 meals per day, but make it a big meal. That slows down your metabolism a little bit. Then once you have gained weight, you can work on reducing fats and gaining muscle. For now, gainig more fats than muscle would be a faster way to gain weight.

thanks DWI nad Toilet paper. I,ll try to do tht let see,I don,t want to go bodyforlife compitition i just want make my muscle for me i like tight T-short thats why ( for summer) you know.

Why don't you think twice and stay as you are!

There are millions out there who want to be like you (SKINY) by losing weight. Many people can tell you how to gain weight easily (just eat and sleep a lot including siestas) but very few can tell you how to lose weight effectively.

It is really your call but if I were you, I would not worry about gaining weight so much.
