Guna as a writer:
Guna's stories are different. Different in a sense that they don't seem to follow the classical trends of Nepali story writing, i.e, with words that even the writers of Brihat Nepali sabdakosh have a hard time figuring out. If I were to compare Guna's style and to some extent choice of words to an acclaimed writers, I would definately choose Bhawani Bhixyu and Oscar Wilde (it is probably because i haven't read other great writers' stories). Guna's stories are different ike those of the afore-mentioned writers, and they are descriptive, with a brilliant choice of simple words exposes the realities surrounding a nepali life. I give Guna one more credit: His mastery in narrating the incidents in simple yet powerful and short yet descriptive sentences. [The biggest credit he deserves is for writing in NEPALI in this board where angreji is the mother tongue and even a slight grammatical error on one's angreji is enough to label the writer/poster, among other things, contagious!!!

Belaamaa organization run garnu bhayeko, experience bistarai bistrai share garnu bhayeko maa badhaai.
This is a good story, and is so relevant for now. The scourge of AIDS is so real, and the pain of women is so real, and it is so good that to read your story because your story tries to convey that.

Harris <= that's true. I planned this story for 'International Women's Day' - my own way to celebrate the theme "HIV/AIDS is increadigly affecting the poor, the young and women. Let's talk about it". It's sad real story in the villages of Nepal. That's why I have never mentioned any place in my story... it's all over the country... from Taplejung to Doti From Sindhupalchowk to Parsa. Yea, everwhere. It's increasing then decreasing. Either way, whether our sisters are forcefully, deceitfully taken to Indan brothels or our brothers willingly, unknowingly visit such brothels while working in India, bring back home this curse. Many people die every year from AIDS in Nepal. Ignorant housewives suffer from the punishment for the crime their susbands did. There is pain among those innocent, 'patibrata' women, few carrying HIV virus, if not many of them suffering from 'STD=sexually transmitted disease'.

Poonteji, Najarji... Thanks for your comments. I hope I can keep up my tempo on writing Nepali stories, burried under the pile of research papers and class works. Some might be good, some not as good as others, and some might be just craps. Still I will keep up writing.
Najarji... the "Prerana" (I am not sure if that is their name or else) I talked with you is run by the people who are living with HIV/AIDS themselves. Billions of rupees are spent on seminar/workshop and other activities in the name of HIV/AIDS prevention and control. A sad reality I hear was that the "Prerana" was not able to pay office rent and the generous houseowner waived part of their rents.
