Among many of the hidden talents in the Kathmandu Valley, whom very few people recognize, one man stands affirm proud and relenquished in his quest to thrashing greedy politicians, baffled ministers, hungry leg-pullers, through his pen of adorable humor and satiristic ability of the highest lyrical, metrical and imaginative cartoons. I have had the great opportunity to meeting this fantastic gentleman from Lainchour, Ktm, widely known as the "Laxman of Nepal". Having had the honor to meet Mr. Rajesh KC, I have been very much impressed by his style of satire of sweet and soft humor yet so very powerful that with his imaginative creations he could just divulge a politicians and many foolish beareaucrats wounds into a day full of nightmare, the next morning they wake up. That is the time when a busy Kathmandu Valley takes a time or two to read few lines on the papers. When they reach the left bottom, their eyes lashes into "Gajab cha Ba" a small satirical cartoon, signed by Mr. KC. His cartoons also gets published in kantipuronline.com. Very few people have such ability to impart valuable lessons to people of curropt minds and yet make many people laugh their hearts out. This young gentlemen has a very busy life. He works as a travel agent during the day and when the night falls to darkness, his pen becomes a weapon for a sublime touch of satire on an ongoing purtrid around the nation. He is humble man, very generous hospitality, an intruiging personality, and one would simply be bedazzled with his amazing talent. He has won many awards his life so far for his works and he is also a member of the UNDP for human rights and movements. He also takes a time or two to work as a part time production manager at the Sagarmath FM, which is a non-profit organization, and truely a man behind its success. Mr. Kc lives with his wife and son in Koteswor area.
