I'd heard so much about this site and mainly had heard how this site is so better than that SEBS site. I am no fan of budha's but what i see here sucks and i can say that you people have no right to call yourselves decent and point fingers at Budhas
all i see here is people greedy for greencard sharing information and conniving shams on tricking sidha sadha americans into marrying them. how f**ing low can you get??

Sire, support your claims with evidence. How can you be so certain that people posting in SEBS against Budha students are from this site?
There is greed everywhere. Greed for Green Card, money, and blonde kt might not be unique to Nepalis--most immigrants want that.
I agree that "Brain-Drain" might not be the right term to describe the outflow of youth from Nepal. Even if it is the right word, adding a prefix "not-so-productive" to "brain-drain" would better describe the situation. And it is all good that these unproductive people--that includes myself--make some money and send it home, thus bolstering Nepal's economy.
There is a limit to freedom. If you are so much into using f and m-words, you can lock yourself in the bathroom and scream all those words (this is not my phrase actually).
And this is a private site. If you can not follow the rules, create your own site. Or leave. Your tax does not reach the owner of this site. In other words, this is NOT a public property over which you and I can bargain for equality and change of rules.

never said i wanted to change the rules here and make "f-words" acceptable. i was just pointing out how a place where true freedom is non-existent claims to be all freedom-endorsing.
And my mesage was directed to "non-budhas" that mock the sebs site. if you're not one of them, you should keep out. oh yes i know i'm not paying tax to keep this site running. It's extreme stupidity on your part to assume i thought i financially supported this site. But open your eyes and you can see that this site is in existence because people like you nad me have time to spare and indulge is guff-gaff like this.
i wonder how many times you've asked people to get out of this site because they talk and think different than you.
I wonder even more how many people will remain if everyone actually listened to you.
I wonder if you'd still call the group of like-minded people a "common forum"

Other than that, we all have our grieviences, for after all we are: Society's discontents, Globalization's victims, Colonial mis-educated, Country's braindrain, Cultural delinquents, Displaced diaspora....you name it! As for your allegation of mud slinging against the SEBS website, might I inquire just what you base this on? Please substantiate your claim with verifiable data.
Hatred has no place among people of goodwill, and as you are likely to find out, this place abounds with civil and considerate people.
Yes, a few will poke fun at, perhaps even needle, one another, but its almost always in in jest. Fear not, and welcome aboard. Give it time, this place will grow on you. And not quite like warts either.

So wats wrong..?? There are different ways to get green Card and some of the Nepalis do consider getting married to Americans. So wats wrong?? Do you think Americans are so Sidha Saha they dont know why foreginers are willing to get married with them..?

another lame argument that provides more proof to my assertion that 90% of the people here are morons. Two COMPLETELY different things). what you said is like saying, there are many ways to get rich, work hard, get a good job or just kill a rich man and take his wallet and his Credit Card. So, what's wrong?? Rich people know there are poor people out there trying to kill them and get their money.

yeah, i laugh at you all who call themselves liberal and open minded when all you talk about is what you've been talking about up here.
i know what you mean when you say i make too many generalizations. But READ HARDER!!! i know i've used words like "you people" instead of using names and this might give you the impression that i'm generalizing but you have to see that i DESCRIBE the kind of people i'm talking about.
i mean someone up here was trying to justify marrying an american for GC! I know for a fact that the same people will lose sleep crying over and screaming at any single person marrying a nepali for personal benefits and divorcing him/her after the benefit has been acquired. I mean look at what people say here and they defend it!!!

and one more thing. a site that has as bold a line as "If you are dissatisfied with any of the Materials or other contents of the site... your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Web Site" better be tolerant
