After days of uncertainiy, most Nepalis seem to be quickly buying the idea that it was after all Deependra who was the killer. The change of heart came after Queen's brother XXXSamsher Rana and Makeshwor Singh (eyewitnesses themselves (?) or at least quoting eyewintesses) made these claims on the record. While their claims do add a lot of weight to the story that points finger at Deependra, it's not all over. Both are after all dood ko sacchi biralo. Their claims should taken with a pinch of salt. Why? Simple. What will be XXX Samsher's or Singh's haisyat, if the anti-Gyanendra sentiments continue to rise? It will be the end of monarchy and that very much is the end of such bharautes and dhopaures (and parasites) as these XXX Samsher Rana and Singh. Their claims could just be a desperate bid to save monarchy and in the bargain their own elevated positions in the society? Let's not dissmiss conspriracy altogether. Not yet.
