A lovely evening,

Among friends, in a nice friendly town, at a bar where a friendly waitress asks if we want some more beer, we say we would love a shot of tequilla, a shot we have, and we come back home . A lovely stroll through down town...................

things seem perfect, but on the back of my head there is this lingering thought that people on other part of the world are getting bombed at.
right the moment when my room mate and i took that shot, some kid probably died cause that intellegent bomb of the US army made a mistake and landed on an orphanage.
But things around here are always perfect,
My room mates and i get home ............
and watch lethel weapon.............

perfect, or is it..........

Nah, not Shady this time,

Just me........

how many of you guys saw Bowling for Columbine. i think it's a really though-provoking film.
those questioning the american society and america's foreign poilcies and those skeptical of the Ameican media should find it really interesting.

Eminem8 ji

Very thought provoking. Lately, I have come across young people (students) questioning the real reasons for war. Surely, something to think about.

Maximum20 ji:
Sounds interesting....where can one get the film? Blockbuster ho?

I'm not sure if the movie's available for rent. I bought a copy from Blockbuster. If you're still in college and/or have the privilege of high speed internet, just download it off of Kazaa.

if you really need to have a guilty feeling for your perfect evening, think about the mangled corpse lying on the hills of Nepal (might be police, army, maoist or just a village gotherd tending his cows) not Saddam Husseins stooges or American grunts. personally i do not care bout the iraq war, america and iraq can blow each other to kingdom come. it is the same way with these guys too, they have not shed a tear or felt sorry drinking a shot of tequilla when war was raging on our home town.
