I was reading this Bimarsha report by Kedar Subedi (Charchit
Prasanga). You can still see the report this week in nepalnews.com
website.

Acc to him, king's corpse (shawa) and those of the queen, prince
and the princess were just thrown in the floor in the hospital.
Those privileged ,who had access to the inner part of the
hospital, were walking besides the corpse as if those were just
another corpse of some stray animals. In TV, the shoes walking
besides those shawa could be seen.It was so irreverent to watch.
Green flies were flying in the face of the king, and nobody really
bothered to fly them away.Queen's face was most horrible, because
bullet had hit her in the face. Shruti had to wait even when she
was cremated. King's shawa was fell to the bank of the Bagmati
while bringing it back from Brahmanaala.

If somebody wittingly treated the deceased king that way, then it
is very bad. King's shawa was meted out as bad treatment as that
of Bhimsen Thapa (in the perspective of modern age).

It is so sad to think about the dead king. He died in such
suspicious circumstance, all of his family members died, and he
is virtually left with nobody in his family who could demand the
impartial probe of what happened there. Those who were supposed
to demand the thorough investigation tried to coast through the
royalty and grandeur of monarchy without looking back at what
happened to the late king.

He was lucky.Millions of his subjects wanted the investigation.
Finally, borrowing the title from Itihaas Shiromani Babu Ram
Acharya's newly published book, pheri yesto kahilye nadohoriyos..

Can anyone please tell me why the bodies of the whole royal family who were massacred not given for autopsy?
And it is also useless to even ask this type of question as they are all cremated.
Sad, very sad.
