"Neck pain can be prevented"
As we all know Neck is one of the most of flexible parts of the human body.It enables the head to turn up and down and from side to side. However, the neck is very vunerable, twisting, turning and stretching movements make it susceptible to injuries, so resulting in stiffness and pain. Neck is complex structure which contains a lot of nerves and blood vessels. So neck problems may involve a wide range of symptoms other than neck pain.Eg. dizziness, nausea, headache and numbness of the hands.

I don't know whether you all like to know about it or not if yes then i will continue posting if its boring then ....do let me know!

U r write miss G. But the the controller of the neck is the brain. so we must concentrate our mind in the brain to reduce the brain pain.

Hmm Sujpkr ji "controller of neck is brain ..concentrate mind to brain pain" what you mean by brain pain??
Common causes of neck prblems are, ppl engaged in desk work.prolonged bending of the head would cause unnoticed minor injuries which ,when accumulated to a certain stage, will give them neck problem, emotional or physical stain tightens the muscles and overworks them, normal wear and tear makes the neck vuluerable to minor injuries and sudden and jerky movements can put heavy strain on the neck.
here are some simple measure you can take to prevent neck problems:
1) always stand and sit with your head straight in line with your body.
2) sit uprigt in chairs that support the neck and the back well.
3) do not keep your neck in anyone position for too long. look up and turn you head now and again if you have been writing, reading, typing for a long time.
4)Avoid suddenttwisting or jerking movements of the neck.
5) Never red in bed with your neck flexed against the bed end. Do not sleep prone with your neck twisted and aboid high pillows.A foam or kapok pillow of 10 cm will be best.
6) maintain a regular exercise programme for the neck everyday. It is best to move the neck in all direction a few times a day, especially after getting up and beofre bed time. this helps to prevent early degeneration.
If you have NP then
1) have enough sleep and rest. it will help to relieve much of the discomfort and speed up recovery.
2) hot packs relax the muscles and ease the pain.
3) avoid jerky or twisting movements which may aggravate your condition.
4) see your doctor if pain persist
Neck probles can affect anyone who doesn't take good care of his/her own neck and they are often difficult to treat.
So remamber do not wait until it has given you trouble, give it a thought NOW!! Coz i told all these one of my cousin but never listen to me and now in trouble....
