Oh…the princess: With a scotch in one hand And a pen in another I sit down and light the candle And I travel with my thoughts And, I sow it in a plain piece of paper There, I bear, a beautiful princess One of a kind, of my mind She sits next to me dressed in her favorite lingerie Pillow in a bed where she rest her head It’s the story of my princess Her tale unsaid She laughs like a child Her words beguiled, Falls from her lips Awe-inspiring like a solar eclipse She cries like a rain Humanity on her brain “People are starving And they are dying” Like and old retiree, she laments But, it’s her thought Precise and ceremonious that kills me more Oh....my princess I pause….I imagine her, and drink some scotch more And I continue writing, I feel her on my core Her olive eyes (man, tiny as [Disallowed String for - bad word]!!! I smile) Like tulips just has open up Just for her, on a beautiful sunny day She kisses like a wind, She reigns on everyone’s mind And with her magic touch, she heals Caresses everything that goes by And like the moon shine She sees in a dark Sad side of a smiling man Oh…my princess She weeps in Beethoven’s symphony She dies in a Shakespeare’s sonnets Oh….how much I love her She cajoles me; she makes me free She is my sunshine in winter When I freeze She dances like a bird on a spring tree She gives a life to a dying leaf and sets it free She touches everyone with her tender heart Like to a flower by a gentle breeze She dances with clouds in a sky She makes people forget to cry She is an apple of everyone’s eye Oh….my princess She is the beauty of “The Starry Night” She lives on a Mona Lisa smile She slips down, pulls the blanket over She cuddles and I sense her breath On my neck I feel her love and find myself in clover And it spur me to kiss her I kiss her; kiss her on a forehead She tears up, tears of joy for love imbed She grabs my hand She does not talk this time But I can hear her She says- “Remember the most profound peace is in the silence” She brings her hand to my chest And plays with it “Success is when you can understand the unspoken words. Love is when you can see the sorrow in the eyes but your heart pains and you tear up with your loved ones, without saying a word.” Why are you telling me this? I say Without a word Cause in true love you don't to speak And she hears me of course And talks more, again without a word I listen to her, “Your life is like of castaway leaf in a river You just have to bring yourself to a shore and You can always start it over, Don’t mourn for things too long For a thing that are gone That’s a beauty of new dawn, You can always start it anew It’s just like a mountain dew.” By her words I am bewildered and blur But I admire her more and I cherish her Her love that is eternal and loyal like of Sita And her wisdom, unmitigated like of Bhagavad-Gita I turn around and hug her tight And of loving someone I feel the delight She hugs me even tighter And my life feels brighter Then, suddenly she coughs; I ignore her But she coughs more I ask her, “Honey, are you all right” Words are not spoken I just look into her eyes She coughs some more And she coughs some blood I hold her cheek and I cry She looks into my eyes And I see her sorrow I feel the pain in my heart And tears drops from both of our eyes She leans over And she kisses on my forehead And says, honey, good-bye Suddenly she is stone cold I can’t feel her nerve Oh….God!!!!!! She passes by Abruptly, I stop writing Enraged, I throw my pen I gulp all my scotch I shiver; cold by the thought [Disallowed String for - bad word]!!! What I have done I need to change How the story ends But the candle dies away And I can’t find my pen [Disallowed String for - bad word]!!! I punch the wall I punch the table I pull my hair I need to save her I need to save her I scream, oh lord Why only her? But the fate oh….God, Guess, it’s not me to state So I cry, I cry loud with tears I scream and tear the paper In pieces, like my broken heart And my tears evaporate in vapors Shredded pieces of my paper In the dark wails like my heart Oh…my princes Oh….God I killed her Shit….[Disallowed String for - bad word]…[Disallowed String for - bad word]….[Disallowed String for - bad word]… No…No….No…Lord!!! Oh…my princes, my love She lives She cares And she dies And the world remains the same Unkind What a pity Till the morning, when alarm rings Oh…. what a beautiful nightmare. -Aswin Bhusal
