I think none with international standards. Nepal police has shown a keen interest in hair related stuff lately, so maybe in the near future they might consider that. But as of now, you can go to India. A relative of mine did benefit using castor oil. You can google this information.

hello sathi, mero ni transplant garnu xa. Nepal ma hair transplant vakhar suru vako ho. I'd not recommend doing it in Nepal, since you could be one of the guinea pigs. Also, depending on your level of baldness, you may need FUT (strip method). Nepali doctors may only perform FUE as do most mushrooming hair-transplant shops. I consulted with few doctors in the US, and I got quotes ranging from 18k - 35 K. Well, it may not be much, but in my case i may need multiple sittings to gain a decent hair density, and would easily cross 50K. Thus, i've decided to get this procedure done in India.
