Hi Greencard holder guys (through H1 B), I have two concerns and will appreciate your suggestions. 1) My finger printing is taken on February last week and waiting for approval of AOS. Can anybody share his/her experience please how long does it take to get AOS approval and card? 2) My spouse got EAD and now she is elligible to work. But if she works using EAD she will be no more in H4 status. And if unfortunately AOS is not approved or if she quits that job she needs to go out of USA and enter in H4 again. How risky it is to work using EAD for her? Thanks
