Dear brothers and sisters: Do you happen to know how to escalate EAD? I am married to US citizen and have a job offer in hand but waiting it's been a month and already done my finger printing but have not heard from them. Do you happen to know how can i escalate my EAD process? Any comments/suggestions would be highly appreciated !! Your brother in humanity

Call the USCIS. They have a procedure in place to expidite such things for certain scenarios. Good luck.

Thank you for your suggestion. Called USCIS yesterday but the customer service representative hung up on me saying "have to wait 90 days". This representative was an immigrant himself and was being rude to me. He was level II customer service reprentative. The level I customer service representative was much nicer and he happens to be White American. It's just that i have lot of responsibility back home that's why i wanted to work and make money. I guess i have to wait now. Slow and sad immigration process.
