Mind is commander in chief and sense organs are its armed forces. Mind is actually prana. Prana is movement of energy. Through the practice of pranayama, prana can be restrained. Through the practice of concentration and contemplation mind can be controlled. Through the practice of Brahmacharya semen can be controlled. Whatever you choose will eventually lead to control of Mind, Prana, and Semen leading to full enlightment and experience of eternal bliss within you. Mind is like mirror. Cleaner the mirror, clearer the reflection will be. Therefore, talking about nonsense things like momo is Nepalese or Chinese, take some time for deep contemplation and concentration. This life is extremely precious. Childhood and old age both are useless; only youth period is useful. Be wise and bring about those behavior which are in direct coherence with total natural law. Total narural law can be understood in the utter silence of mind. When all known things come to an end, what remains is pure silence. Silence is real, everything else is a confusion. Therefore, seek silence. Silence alone is real. Highest men are silent, calm, and unknown. This material world is nothing but sex and ego. Beyond this is utter silence.
