From my limited experience, I've found that 4.0 Nepalese are the dumbest ones. Always avoid them. Coz they know to agree disagree and that is why it takes so long for them to settle. Coz they're 4.0 and they're special. I've talked with several 4.0..who - working on H1B..don't know the fucking difference between EB1 and EB2 and EB3..Their ego ..is the issue.
