Education is a social phenomenon and as such, the existing situation is multifactorial. You can not think that government is only responsible for the good, fair or poor education despite our government is not doing what they supposed to . It is a very complex phenomenon. Poor education happens based on not having good educational policies, poor practices of teachers, lack of material circumstances of the school, and indolence of local authorities. Moreover, parents and students alone are not solely responsible, if it did not make sense to have educational institutions. In my opinion The problem of education in our country is not the governments, is not the teacher and, is not the parents.
