I recently had a bad service experience service of Muncha.com. I had sent a cake for Mother's Day to Lalitpur. In addition to expensive price of cake, there was an additional $3 delivery fee (never seen before). however, during delivery, the recipient was asked to pick up the cake from their vehicle at ring road. They didn't deliver to home. Also I was told that the packaging of the cake was also very poor. I don't think I will ever use Muncha again. Just wanted to share the experience.
