Hi I am recently on opt status which will expire on June 2016. I am also married to Green Card holder but my priority date is Jan 2015.WHICH WILL TAKE MORE THAN 14-15 MONTHS AS PER VISA BULLETIN. Either I have to find a job and get H1B or go back to school since I have to maintain my legal status until I receive my GC. WILL FILING TPS MAKE ME IN LEGAL STATUS?
