Hi, I have gone through all TPS threads but looks like my case is unique. Please help me if you can. I am thinking to consult a lawyer too but for now, I thought I will run it through you guys. My current status is H1B (First 3 years of it expires in 2017). My I-130 is approved as my spouse is LPR and my priority date is March, 2015 (Estimation shows that I will be able to file I-485 by Aug/Sep/Oct, 2016). So, my question is, would it be a good idea to apply for TPS and quit my current H1B job and look another job with my TPS EAD.....yes, yes, you are thinking that I am stupid but I am just asking, is it possible? FYI - after I file my I-485, I will be able to file for EAD. If it goes as planned, it will happen before TPS end date (Dec, 2015). I think wise decision would be though, most of you might suggest, sit tight and wait until my I-485 gets approved. Any types of suggestion is appreciated. Please feel free to think loud.
