Transferred my H1B from consultancy A to consultancy B and already started and running paycheck from consultancy B. Consultancy A have not revoked my H1b yet. Petition from consultancy B got denied due to degree major conflict. Now, consultancy C is applying for new petition. So, can I still work under consultancy C and run my check from them since Consultancy A still have my active H1B? Please advice. What could be other options available? BTW, TPS still pending and did not applied for EAD.
