I have heard in Sajha about dual citizenship but I'm not sure if that's what is mentioned in the new Nepali Constitution. Is there any constitutional expert in Sajha? Also can a US citizen hold passport of us and nepal?

The new nepali constitution simply states Non Resident Nepalese Citizenship can be provided. Our parliament members have to draft the rules and regulations for NRN citizenship and that needs to be passed to be a law. They haven't started working on that. It's illegal to hold passports of US and Nepal per current law of Nepal.
