Has anyone had experience with FMLA. I meet all the requirements except I need to come up with a reason. I was thinking of a reason about my grand mother being sick back home, but unsure what evidence my employer might ask for. Has anyone requested FMLA or know any tricks on how to take leave of absence for about 2 months. Thanks in advance
