Hello there, Currently in OPT, and working, but was unemployed some time (>2 months). OPT extension time coming soon. Also, preparing NIW application (PhD, published papers, >35 citations). Please suggest if you have relevant experience: Should I get 2 year OPT extension first and then apply NIW later? OR, apply directly EB2-NIW before current OPT ends (because, OPT may/may not get extended, as I was unemployed more than allowed period)? Thanks,
