Hi everybody , currently i am i TPS and my company started gc process , its in first step prevailing wage. Looking a TPS time frame i am little bit worried , plus my long time friend is in usa wiith GC status, after being together for a while we decided to get married in next month. Here comes the immigration challenge , i dont have any other status besides TPS and she is in USA just 6 months ago through DV. What will be best solution in terms of gaining any other immigration status for me . What will be the process for GC based on marriage. Experts suggestions needed. Please help if you guys have been in this situation or similar situation.
