if she applied 130 from here then the complete process should take less than a year. Your title is very misleading I-130 is not a visa. It's just an application. Did you mean his application has been approved and case has been sent to Nepalese embassy for an interview but Nepalese embassy have not called him for an interview yet? If that's the case and embassy doesn't respond to your friend's inquiry then she should call her state's congressman and explain the situation.

You went to Nepal last year and married a guy (sham marriage) and took a huge sum of money from him promising him a US green card. Now the guy is pissed off coz nothing happened. Haha,,, everybody knows her in North California. She used to be announcer in Nepali programs. Sarai posi vayera Angreji bolche. Yaha ka kohi Nepali didi bahini le mun paraudainan tyo Rose Shrestha lai. India ma High school matra pass..., yaha American gore sita bihe garera khub angrej janeki jastai gari bolche re... Sajhamitra yes his I 130 is approved and she went to Nepal yesterday. She said she was going to bring him with her. I believe a the document has been subbmited to Nepal. She left yesterday to Nepal and she is bringing him to USA. She is planning to stay for 6 months as she is pregnant. Thank You! She panicked so I had to post here for her.
