Guys, I have a pending change of status to F1, but I have recently approved h1b status, and want to cancel my pending status to F1. I've sent letter requesting to cancel this petition to the service center that's processing my application but have not heard back from them and it's been already more than 2 weeks. Along with the letter requesting to cancel my petition, I've sent copy of my receipt and passport. Any one who went through this case, please do share your experience. I don't want this petition to be approved and replace my H1B status. Please if you have any suggeation to resolve this issue please let me know. My appreciation to all suggestions and post in advance. Thanks!
