Hi Guys, I am currently planing to go Laney community college in east bay and later in 4 year college (Cal state Hayward). I wanted to know if anyone here knows if there is a way to get instate tuition for international student. In Texas, I know if we receive $1,000 scholarship most of the state college charge instate tuition, but not sure about California school. Thank you in advance.
