if you make very good income through your business, S Corp it good for you (it seems)... "Self-employment taxes: This is the big one guys. S Corps have more advantageous self-employment taxes than LLC’s. S Corp owners can be considered employees and paid “a reasonable salary.” FICA taxes are taken out and paid on the amount of the salary. So the video says if your net income (after all the expenses) is less than or about equal to $40,000 a year then it is good to have LLC but if you make more than $40,000 in net income after all the expenses then it is good to have S. Corp...???? Around 6 minute on the video. He also says you have to be green card or citizen to have S Corp. if on EAD, LLC .. Last edited: 12-Mar-18 10:04 AM
