Have you tried using RFID blocking wallet? is your wallet RFID safe?

I have no idea about RFID. Please enlighten me. I am still shock that how my debit card number got hacked?? I rarely do online shopping. I use trusted website like Amazon when doing online shopping. I use my bank's ATM machine and yet someone hacked my debit card number and made a duplicate card and tried to use it. This is scary. I am thinking of using cash from tomorrow.

There is absolutely no way of knowing because there are so much identity thefts are going everyday as we hear the news. In order to avoid it, you literally have live in a cave. As long as you have social security number, you are not safe. Fortunately, your credit card company has very good fraud detecting system and most of the time they will catch it. RFID wallets are good choice if you roam around public too much. Here are something you can do it to prevent it. 1.) Always have 2 factor authentication on all of your accounts through your cell phone or email. Even your email needs to have 2FA 2.) Don't just make a habit of auto payment on your credit card. Check each line item of transaction and confirm if it's yours. 3.) Don't use your credit card on fishy websites and use paypal instead. Use 2FA on paypal also. That it will be extremely hard for a hacker to hack if they got your password. 4.) If you have iphone, setup an apple pay. It will alert you for every transaction.

Modern pick pocketing which is the result of inflation gone wild...in major cities..due to all kinds of price hikes...and people have turned into bad thieves who will do their best to get all the info about you use such info for their benefit...The thief probably had several different cards and he or she went on all america tour using different cards..
