Just want to confirm that when TPS ends in June, and even if you get H1B (the regular one) this coming cycle, you cannot work post June. Is that true? Since the cap gap only applies to f1/opt. Thanks.

The EAD automatically got extended and you can work no-matter your h1b was approved or not. If your h1b was approved, your status automatically chance to H1B from october 1, 2018

@NepaliNajar, that is only true when you are on OPT, but I am only on TPS so it doesn't apply in my case. Appreciate the response!
