Hi Does anyone who is in TPS Status married GC holder and currently processing . Need some advice on filing

Hi yes , I did that and got mine greencard after couple a weeks of interview . I filed i485 and i30 CO currently

@Galfuchii: You were married to a US citizen not to a green card holder. You cannot file i130 and i485 concurrently if your spouse is a GC holder. Last edited: 09-Oct-18 08:04 PM
