I am in a process of filing I-140 and I-485 through my employer, but they keep delaying the process with different reasons. At the same time my fiance is a GC holder, would it be wise for me to file my GC through spouse. I am more concerned about my work permit, how long does it take to get work permit if I file through my fiance if eligible at all.
