pretty hard to find a shared room in this territory if ur a IT employee . koz people there know it guys get fired quickly n so dnt wanna share room. they want at least 1 year commitment..in this case its good for u to use airBnB as long as ur project last.. if ur non it n have stabel job u can search u nepali community in face book in these region n add them
