Any one has gone thru consular processing in Nepal for employment based immigrant visa. Currently my NIW-I140 is pending. If approved, I am planning to do consular processing from Nepal. Could you please share your experience if you have gone thru this and how you justified that your work is of national interest when you are actually living in Nepal and doing nothing. Is there any challenges/difficulties to meet the criteria after I-140 approval ? (Unlike H1B visa, I wont have any job offer letter). Thank you !
