In the middle of nowhere in Minnesota, Manoj, 24 years old, and a TPS holder started running on the top of a frozen lake not knowing what to do with his life. He yelled looking at the blue sky - "Oh god, if this TPS ends, my life would be miserable, please help." Lord Krishna with his compassion heart heard Manoj lamentation and at once appeared in front of Manoj to help. Krishna - Dear Manoj, why you called me? Manoj - God, please prolong this TPS, or my life would be miserable again. Krishna - How would prolonging TPS make your life out of sorrow? Manoj - I would be in status and will be able to work without worrying about being out of status in the US. Krishna - Why can't you work in Nepal where you came from? Manoj - Nepal is a sh*thole. I am not going there. I want to have a future for my kids here in the US. This is the land of opportunity. There is nothing for me in Nepal. Krishna - I see. However, you must understand that your destiny was written by your own karma. I am bound to follow universal law of karma or lord Brahma will go mad with me. Manoj - What do you mean by my destiny is written by my own karma? Krishna - Oh Dear Manoj, your desires have created a dream world for you. It is like a dream. In this dream, you entertain various thoughts and act accordingly. Those actions creates experiences in the mind and creates impressions on your mind. You reap consequences of your actions. Good deed brings good fortune, bad deed brings bad fortune. Therefore, don't worry about your situation here. You always get what you deserve. Let there be TPS or let there not be TPS - you should't be worried about all these worldly affairs. Manoj - If I shouldn't be worried about TPS then what should I think about? Krishna - You should always focus your mind on the Self. Manoj - Oh god, what is this Self? Krishna - Self is all. There is nothing beside Self. TPS is merely an idea created by mind which doesn't really exist. Manoj - So you are saying my mind doesn't exist? Krishna - That's right. Your mind is like a mirage which doesn't have any independent existence. Hence, you should always focus on your true Self and try to cross this deep forest called world. Manoj - Why should I do so? What will it bring to my life? Krishna - Oh dear Manoj, it will remove all your misery from life. You will enjoy your life whether you have TPS or not have TPS once you understand this Self. Manoj - If so, please help me understand this Self. Krishna with his divine power, opened Manoj third eye and Manoj was able to experience his true Self with lord Krisha's grace. Krishna - How do you feel now? Manoj - How could I live in such an ignorance? I was living in a dream world which has no solid reality. I am so glad you lifted my awareness to that level where I could experience my true Self. Krishna - No worries. You must have a very good karma in your past lives that you got this wonderful opportunity to experience your true Self. Now, remain in this state till your last breath. Manoj - Will sure do!
