Here is the answer to all of those who think of it is a Scam. Make 30 percent down payment on the value of the house and you may qualify for a loan . As for the 2008 crisis those people who defaulted on their payments lost thier house and those who paid their their mortgage on time had the value of the house doubled or in some case tripled thier value. Buying a house is a big decision and needs to make sure you have the funds to purchase and a back up funds . If you do not have the funds this program may not suit for you and rather than blame others for your loss and bring up issue of the word SCAM,

If you do not reside here in the US then this is not for you Period.
