Hi guys, I included: visa, my old and new passport copies, EADs copies (Do I have to include all my OPT EADs as well or just TPS EADs enough? I also included a paper that comes with work permit to expedite the process, I don't know it makes any difference or not? share any experience I-20 copy, no photo, category a-12, copy of I -94, driving license copy previous TPS approval (I didn't include approval since 2015, just the last one) payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security address to send: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services attn: TPS Nepal p.o Box 6943 Chicago, IL 60680-6943

With the current backlog it depends! I filed mine on May 18 and it still says pending while my Advance parole got approved quicker.

@ sexyindhakatopi, Oh god, it's been 2 and half months for you. I have 2 and half month and my OPT will expire. Please share me any update after you get your card. I didn't want to apply way before because I want to take about 4 months before attending classes and I didn't want my TPS EAD cancel out my OPT based on what I heard. Otherwise I would have to take classes earlier. Anyone else on the same boat?
