Hello, my parents US visitor Visa will expire in abt 6 months. What's the process to renew it ? Will they have to go for another face to face interview ? Is there a chance of being rejected? They have only stayed here for a couple of months within last 5 yrs Thank you

You can drop the passport for renewal, but the odd of renewing the visa in such way is very low for general people. This process may be for the wase of high profile people who are associated with government. If the visa did not get renewed in your case, your parents should have to apply for face to face interview with new visa interview application and they may ask the very detailed questions.
