Did she work using SSN? How they know she was working ? People have used their SSN during their student years but there must be something else .

this is second case within 4 week, entry denial under 122(h)(3), time n again im being advising not to use abhu dabhi for clearance but who will listen a free advise? if c been found working under f2, c is banned for at least three years, reapplying for f2 is worthless, only option left is wait 3 years or convert ur visa to h1, green card . once u have immigrant status, n if c is lucky c will get visa otherwise wait. wondering y would people work in f2 visa to jeopardise their life? its not worth to take chance for so less money. working without ssn, do u think you will scape? probably not. in your case, don't panic, wait and see, there is nothing much u can do. even AP wont help at this stage

If she was on f2 and working under ssn than she is inadmissible for 10 yrs. I don’t understand why people do that. Working table ko muni khussukka bhaye haalthyo ni . Ap does not guarantee to enter this wht I heard. Coming 2020 from January All POE’s will check to see if anyone has worked illegally under ssn. Good luck

CBP officer entered her as "inadmissible" in an ADIS ( Arrival and Departure Information System). Now if you try to apply for any visa beside F2 at the American Embassy which is part of DOS ( Department of State) which they collect information from ADIS, which shows "inadmissible" but it won't mention time factor saying how long she is "inadmissible" for. And that is the big elephant in the room. If you love your wife, go home after graduation.

People have worked using ssn during their student era, and have seen people entering and leaving country with no issues in valid visas. Not sure if she work using ssn or work in cash . May be it was something they found in her social media or something that was revealed during the questioning at POE. There is more to the story.

I agree with you. If she had worked table muni and poe officer found tht via social media than she literally axed her own feet..if they found out via ssn than that’s different scenario. It depends for how long she worked unlawfully. Any unlawful harkat inside is also subject to 3 or 10 yrs ban. I m not an immi attorney just my 2 cents. I know something about this because I know someone back home whose visa was declined working here without status.

I believe she was asked to unlock her phone and hand it over to the officer so the guy could go thru the photos and he found some ‘selfies’ taken at workplace. Girls and Boys — please don’t make that mistake especially when you’re working without authorization. To OP: I’m sorry hear this but ‘inadmissibility’ at POE triggers a five year ban. Was she returning back on an AP though?
