Drag yourself to Gym for few days. Once it becomes your habit it is more easy. Do what you enjoy in the gym for first few days. Then start expanidng. For me , i hate cardio. So i do weights for first few weeks. Once i get used to going gym , then i start including workouts i hate and keep going. Driving lyft will give you extra money and keep your screen time down but at the end of the day you are still inactive and depressed.

driving lyft or uber is actually fun, you get to meet new people and talk to random strangers, talk about their life and your life, sometimes make connections, especially with business people. In my opinion its a good way to network and get out of your shell. But I would hate it to be a full time job or to be a source of income.

I live in Fremont and work is San Francisco. I always turn my Lyft and Uber app with destination mode back and forth. It kinda gives me $50 a day. Normally it takes 45 minutes to drive from Fremont to San Francisco but with Lyft/Uber takes little over an hour.

Sugarika मेरो lyft यात्रा सोचेको जस्तो हुन सकेको छैन, नया वर्ष संगै काममा नया जिम्बेवारी र चुनौती थपिए, भखर फुर्सद पाई रा छु, जम्मा जम्मी ४ दिन गरे होला lyft पहिलो दिन को कमाई ३७ $, १.५ hr online second / third / fourth day १००$ +, weekends म lastai busy हुने रैछ , it actually got me nervous , so i was offline in weekends, lyft को कमाई नराम्रो छैन . progressive was cheaper insurgence but i paid 150 plus/month . geico quoted me more than double this amount for ride share. i will continue driving lyft at least one day a week form feb.
