When you're applying to job online, we come across this question every time. “Do you require sponsorship now or in the future?" Do you know how a Nepali person with TPS EAD should answer this question? Technically we do not need H1B sponsorship because TPS keeps on renewing but Nepal TPS is hanging on by the thread barely. In current situation of TPS, how should we communicate this with the recruiters? Date on my EAD is expired and in my experience it has been cumbersome to explain to recruiters the Federal Register etc. Also, specific jobs I'm applying need 12 month minimum commitment but TPS is expiring in Oct 2021, so it is confusing. Any experience or tips in this regard will be appreciated.
