Hello, My friend has an old handwritten passport and wants to apply for the MRP passport. Has anyone had recent experience for MRP passport application ? Is there an expedited process ? I have also heard people say that you can apply for an expedited process, hold the passport once ready in Nepal and someone close can pick it up and mail it back which will save time. Your advise is highly appreciated. Thanks.
