Sorry about that. Hopefully, the immigrants who are already here in the US get their chance at the permanent residency. However, I think that the US should be strict in allowing immigrants from Asian countries in the future. Asian countries are very hard on immigration. I don't think that immigrants can easily settle in Nepal or India or even China. I see the benefits of Asian immigrants for the US though, Asian people for some reason when they come to the US, they work their ass off and become "progressives". But the irony is that they are very conservative when they talk about their native country's politics. 🤨

It’s a bipartisan infrastructure deal which only pays for “hard” infrastructure and not of all Biden’s priorities. There will be a reconciliation bill with only democratic support for other priorities and that bill may contain some immigration provisions if the senate parliamentarian allows it. With a 50-50 senate, and moderate Democrats like Manchin who won’t support eliminating the legislative filibuster, expect things to move very slowly.
